Sabine is a caring, sensitive, organised, prepared, and professional individual. She went above and beyond our expectations on numerous occasions ; from the first time we met online , to the time we all met for the event in Monaco and shared our vision, dreams and goals, to the day of our wedding.

Sabine and her assistant made us feel so special, unique and safe. When we were stressed, or late, or needing a word of encouragement, Sabine made everything seem do-able, and made everything seem easy. We could trust her.

As our Big Day took place – and we live very far from it – Sabine not only made us feel that we could organize, arrange, plan, and actually pull off a 150-person wedding from across the country, we knew that she was right there by our side during our wedding in Monaco. From tastings at the venue, to late night phone calls and emails to encourage us, Sabine made us feel secure. We cannot thank her enough for helping us celebrate the biggest day of our lives with joy and peace.

Sabine Bahry-Lembo at Avalon Events Organisation was absolutely instrumental in making our wedding memorable and run smoothly. Sabine is not only highly organized but she is also full of original ideas on how to make your wedding more exceptional.

She is also a tough negotiator on your behalf and will make sure that you get the best service from the musicians, photographer, etc. Because she is highly knowledgeable and experienced, we could trust her recommendations on selecting the priest, the entertainment.

Because of her suggestions we saved a lot of time without needing to interview and preview everyone ourselves. She also suggested a great location for our wedding something we would not have thought of ourselves. She can also deliver on the difficult – finding a priest in one week and booking a Lotus Exige race car for a private Monte Carlo rally.

Lastly, Sabine adds a touch of warmth and sparkle to the planning making it more fun than it would be otherwise.

We simply could not have pulled off this unforgettable wedding without Sabine. Being not from the area, it was absolutely key that we had someone from the south of France that had the contacts and the know-how to get things done.

We put full faith in Sabine for arranging various activities for our group that was in Cap Ferrat for an entire week, and she did not disappoint once! Throughout the entire wedding planning process, she was able to recall every last detail we would dream up, and then would follow through to make them come true.

Her personal contacts in the region are unparalleled, and this allowed my group access to many places, venues, activities that I simply do not believe other wedding coordinators could supply. She made my bride and I feel very comfortable throughout and gave us both a sense of her incredible willingness to do anything she could to make us happy with our big day!!!
